* What are the parts of an electronic cigarette?

The tank is where the e-liquid is stored. This tank can be various sizes, depending on the model of the e-cigarette. The heating element, also known as the atomizer is powered by the battery. The heating element heats the e-liquid, producing the vapor that you inhale.

E-liquids are available in a number of flavors. E-liquid is made by mixing the flavoring with food-grade Propylene Glycol and vegetable glycerin and various levels of nicotine, depending on your preference.

* How Much Do Electronic Cigarettes Cost?

The cost of an electronic cigarette depends on the model that you purchase. Typically, beginner kits cost between $30 and $40. Intermediate kits run between $60 and $80 and advanced kits are more than $80.

You will need to perform routine maintenance on an e-cigarette, including replacing the atomizer. The atomizer, or coil heads, can either be replaced or you can purchase the coils, the heads and the wick to rebuild the atomizer.

Atomizers typically last about two weeks, depending on the battery voltage and how often you use the e-cigarette. A higher voltage batter will decrease the lifetime of the atomizer.

E-cigarettes come in all shapes and sizes and vary in functionality. Additionally, there are numerous e-cigarette manufacturers and each manufacturer offers several unique features.

You can visit our website to find out the status of your order. In order to check your status, you must have registered with us. After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Additionally, once your items are shipped, you will receive an email informing you that your order is on its way.

* How Can I Cancel My Order?

The best way to cancel your order is to call TBC. If you wish to cancel your order by email, do it as quickly as possible. * Note: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot stop your order; however, you can return any unused items to us and receive a full refund, minus the cost of postage.

* What Is the Cut-Off Time for Orders?

We ship orders received before 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day.

* My Order Shows Pending, Why?

Each payment is processed through PayPal. Their policy requires a security review process before money is released. If PayPal finds any suspicious behavior during a transaction, the transaction is placed on hold by PayPal. Typically, pending orders are cleared within a few hours. If your order shows pending longer than a couple of hours, contact a member of our customer support team for assistance.

We process all of our payments through PayPal. When you place an order, you will be directed to our payment page. * How Much Does Delivery Cost?

* How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

It will take approximately 5 business days to receive your order if you live in Australia unless you pay for upgraded next day shipping. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days, email support at support@simplyeliquid.com.

Orders from the USA can take up to 14 business days because of customs border security. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, contact us at support@simplyeliquid.com for more information.

* Which Countries Do You Ship To?

Simply E Liquid ships to more than 100 countries worldwide. If you are ordering outside of Australia, opt for the tracked delivery service so you can monitor your delivery status.

We can deliver to wherever you live; however, remember each country has their own set of importation laws; therefore, it is your responsibility to resolve any issues with your country’s customs. * What Ingredients Are in Your E-Liquid?

Our e-liquid is made with food-grade flavorings, nicotine, propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin. The propylene glycol used is pharmaceutical grade and is combined with the flavoring and the nicotine. The vegetable glycerin help to hold more flavor in the vaping liquid and produces more vapor. Our e-liquids come in various nicotine strengths.

* Are Your E-Liquids Vegetarian?

Yes, our e-liquids are made from food-grade vegetarian-friendly ingredients.

* Why Has My E-Liquid Changed Color?

E-liquid can change color when they are exposed to light or air. This does not affect the quality of the e-liquid. If your e-liquid turns dark brown or black, it could be an indication that your atomizer needs to be replaced.

* How Long Does a Bottle of E-Liquid Last?

Most users report that a 10ml bottle of e-liquid will last approximately a week.
